I grew up in Pasadena in the Los Angeles, CA area (Home of The Rose Parade and Rose Bowl) and then migrated to Santa Cruz, CA where I recieved my degree in Biology. After working in the Biotech Industry for over 20 years I decided to give Residential and Commercial Real Estate a try on the Central Coast between Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and San Luis Obispo CA. I found that not only did I enjoy working in the industry, but it gave me great satisfaction in being able to help people achieve their goals of home ownership and real estate investing.
